delighted to announce our first foraging day, to be hosted by local expert
Raoul van Den Broucke. Spring is the perfect time of year to explore the
local woodland and hedgerows identifying and collecting edible mushrooms,
herbs, berries and plants. Starting at 9.30am you will be escorted on a
tutored walk returning to the hotel in the early afternoon when you will have
the opportunity to partake of a set lunch menu featuring wild local foods.
You may be required to provide own transport for transit between sites – to
be confirmed nearer to the date. |
