A fine hotel and restaurant in the Forest of Dean
Set in the tranquil village of Clearwell in the Royal Forest of Dean is the Tudor Farmhouse Hotel and Restaurant. A converted farm dating from the 13th Century, the hotel has 20 well-appointed en-suite double and family-sized rooms, some with four-poster beds and Jacuzzis. We are a five minute walk from Clearwell Castle with some of Britain's most picturesque and secluded countryside on our doorstep. The Royal Forest of Dean and Wye Valley are around us and Monmouth, Chepstow, Gloucester and Ross-on-Wye are easily reached.
Our intimate restaurant offers fine dining with a menu based on the seasons and the fantastic local produce available in our region.
